Go to My Game Library and click Add New Game. Input the activation key provided by Steam (ref. step 2. above). Repeat step 5. & 6. for the second DLC key. The If it doesn't, or it shows up as unauthorized, make sure that the updater service is running. To do this, close the game, hold down the Windows key + R to bring up the run dialoge. Type services.msc in the run box. This will bring up your winows services. Scroll down to "Dragon Age: Origins Updater" and start it. Then run the game again.
I downloaded Dragon Age 2 (with everything all DLC) via Steam. I played this game like mad years ago, on 360. When I saw the "everything" edition for $7, I couldn't pass it up. I downloaded it, installed it, then tried to play. Sure enough, EA and their "you must sign up with/install origin" b.s. strikes.
And I see all the DLC installed, but it is not active. When installing, i received a pop-up noting: IN ORDER TO PLAY THE EXPANDED CONTENT FOR DRAGON AGE: ORIGINS ULTIMATE EDITION, IT MUST FIRST BE ACTIVATED. YOU CAN FIND THE DLC CODE IN STEAM ON THE 'CD KEY' LINK OR THE 'VIEW GAME CD KEY' OPTION. i've not been able to find a 'DLC Key' in Steam.
