Manufactured in Pomigliano d’Arco, Italy, the 159 Sportwagon range initially consisted of the front-wheel drive 2.2 JTS and 2.4 JTD variants and the four-wheel drive 3.2 JTS. In 2007, the range was expanded with the 1.9 JTD.

In general, depending on camber settings, toe out would wear the outside shoulder, toe in would wear the inside shoulder. the 159 has some toe out from factory, and it will pull the wheels toe in on acceleration. InSportWagon format the Alfa offers 445 litres of luggage space with the 60/40 split rear seats in place, compared to 405 litres in the saloon.
